RULES & REGULATIONS

Please read all rules carefully before admission.

1. Admission

  1. The student must submit two passport-size photographs at admission time or within one week; otherwise, a ₹50 weekly fine will be charged.
  2. The student must submit fees before the due date; otherwise, ₹30 per day will be charged as a late fee.
  3. The student must not remain absent without informing the teacher. ₹150 per absence will be charged, and classes will not be adjustable.
  4. If the course is not completed on time, the institute provides a one-month grace period to complete the course.
  5. Additional annual charges for educational trips, art exhibitions, occasion parties, and celebrations are compulsory for diploma students.
  6. All updates related to institute activities, courses, and events will be provided through the official website and WhatsApp group.
  7. The institute will remain closed on Gazetted Holidays and classes will not be adjustable.
  8. The institution reserves the right to exclude students who violate discipline and regulations.
  9. Parents and students are responsible for ensuring medical fitness before attending classes. A first-aid kit will be available for basic treatment.

2. Inside the Classroom

  1. Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode and should not be used during class.
  2. Attend classes only during your allotted batch timing. Punctuality and discipline are mandatory.
  3. After using institute materials, place them back in their proper location.
  4. Do not touch displayed artwork and help maintain classroom cleanliness.
  5. Do not leave personal belongings on institute premises. The institute is not responsible for any loss.
  6. Completed artwork or craftwork must be collected within one week.

3. Examination

  1. 85% attendance is mandatory for collecting a certificate or diploma.
  2. Certificate/Diploma will be awarded only after portfolio submission or passing the examination.
  3. After completion of the course, students must submit assignments before one of the following dates:
    1. 31 March
    2. 30 June
    3. 30 September
    4. 31 December

4. Fee & Refund Policy

  1. Fees once paid are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
  2. Timing adjustments may be allowed only after approval from the Director. Refunds are not permitted.
  3. If a student's name is removed from the register, re-admission fees must be paid to continue the course.
  4. The course enrollment is non-transferable to relatives or friends.
  5. If a cheque is dishonoured, a penalty of ₹500 will be charged.
  6. After completion of the grace period, charges ranging from ₹300 to ₹600 per class may apply.
