Prof.(Dr.) G. Prashant did BFA (Drawing & Painting), MFA (Museology), MA (Mass communication & Journalism), MBA (Advertisement management), and PhD in Museology. He trained for art appreciation (Indian & Western) & Art restoration and conservation too.He has attended various National and International level workshops.He had worked with Ministry of Higher education, Oman for more than 11 years and established the first visual art gallery in Oman. He was juried many art events in the Sultanate of Oman. He has 20 years of experience in the field of art and culture, worked with international institutions. He has membership of various organization and committee members in past years. He has an affiliation with some international bodies also.

He is closely worked with Culture Resource Conservation Initiative (CRCI), INTACH, Sikh Foundation, UNDP-UNESCO and many more agencies. He has done various projects on Art & Heritage.

Prashant has associated with famous personalities such as Mr. Raghu Rai, (Renowned photographer) & Mrs. Grumeet Rai ( Architectural conservation) Mr. Sanjay Dhar (Renowned Art conservator), Prof. Narendra Shrivastva,(Renowned Graphic Designer) L.N. Kharbade (Ex-DG,NRLC), K.K.Jain(conservator)Mr. Rajesh & Chandrakant Dalal (MD, JD Fashion Institute),Dr. Sadhshivrao Gorkshkar ( Museologist), Mr. Dilip Ranade and Prof. Bedekar(Museologist) and many more.

Prof.(Dr.) G. Prashant has curated many art exhibitions and organized art workshops. He has organized art exhibitions through art galleries and art representatives to corporate art markets. Contemporary visual arts, Mural design and Interior, craft, Photography and design practice are the main focus of our exhibitions.
